Ticket Availability & Exchanges

Tickets for season shows may be purchased at any time (with some restrictions).

All ticket and subscription purchases are non-refundable. Any coupons or discount codes must be used at time of purchase.

Season ticket holders (Members) may exchange tickets free of charge. Members must exchange or release tickets at least 48 hours before the performance in order to to receive credit on their account. Printed tickets must be brought to the box office for exchange.

Senior & Military Discounts

Senior and military discounts are not available online. Call 901.682.8323 or come by the box office to receive those discounts.

Accessibility

Both the Lohrey Theatre and the Next Stage are wheelchair accessible with a handicapped accessible restroom on the same level as the main lobby to both venues. The Lohrey Theatre also provides hearing assisted equipment to any who may require or request it, at no charge.

Priority Seating

As always, priority seating is available to all season ticket holders.
