Erin McKee is in her Junior year at the University of Memphis pursuing a BFA in Theatre with a concentration in Musical Theatre and a Minor in Dance. Erin is a member of the Helen Hardin Honors College, Deans List Student, and President of the University of Memphis Theatre & Dance Departments student government association the Mertz Association. Erin is involved on and offstage often serving as assistant stage manager in University of Memphis Theatre and Dance productions as well as the College of Communications and Fine Arts Expose. She has an intense love and appreciation for the performing arts in Memphis, the city she calls home. Active in the theatre community since she was 8 years old Erin has performed on many local stages and loves working alongside young people to collaborate on story making and instructing movement and dance classes including choreography, musical theatre, jazz, ballet, and her personal favorite, tap.
Both the Lohrey Theatre and the Next Stage Theatre are wheelchair accessible with a handicapped accessible restroom on the same level as the main lobby to both venues. The Lohrey Theatre also provides hearing assisted equipment to any who may require or request it, at no charge.
The black box Next Stage seats up to 110 and is also wheelchair accessible with state of the art equipment for sound and lighting.
