Occasionally one of the administrative or artistic offices needs help with clerical duties. Assignments may include stuffing envelopes, making phone calls, data entry, filing or other administrative and organizational activities. Clerical Assistants are required to:

• Commit to a schedule that fulfills the following needs –This is an ongoing volunteer opportunity – The volunteer schedule varies. Needs occur a few times through the year for a few days at a time. General hours are Mon-Fri, 10AM- 5PM. Volunteers would likely be needed 2-3 hours per call.
• Be 16 years of age or older
• Be self-motivated and follow directions well
• Have good computer skills (May need work with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, or other)
• Have reliable transportation
