Lamar Hartzog Arts Access Fund

The Lamar Hartzog Arts Access Fund

This memorial fund has been established in honor of Lamar Hartzog, a long-time Theatre Memphis patron and season member, who believed that access to the arts reaped benefits for the community. Though not an artist himself, his undying support to his family, friends and Theatre Memphis offered the opportunity to share creativity with the public. His encouragement was essential to Theatre Memphis to connect with the community to allow our mission to shine.

With this fund, an allotted amount of vouchers will be made accessible for Theatre Memphis productions to allow some unable to afford a ticket to attend. The funds will be maintained in perpetuity to ensure future generations in need of help to access to the art Theatre Memphis has to offer.

Once funding goals have been met, instructions regarding participation in the fund’s offerings will be announced.
