Theatre Memphis Priscilla Presley Scholarship

As a national leader among community theaters, and one of the oldest in the United States, Theatre Memphis has created the Theatre Memphis - Priscilla Presley Scholarship, awarded annually to an individual for up to $2,500 to make an artistic dream come true when the aspiring designee is working to advance an aspect(s) of performance art through education or training, thereby, fostering the ongoing growth of community arts in Memphis and the MidSouth.

Theatre Memphis, Germantown Community Theatre, and Playhouse on the Square have set up a community fund to aid and assist volunteers and staff of the Memphis theater community who are in medical or specific social financial distress or need.
The Ann Sharp memorial fund supports the continuation of artistic excellence at Theatre Memphis. Ann, quite literally in her last stages of life, asked to be promised that we would take care of Theatre Memphis for years to come. And promise we did.
The John Rone memorial fund support directors' excellence at Theatre Memphis. All proceeds will be maintained in perpetuity to assure the quality of work demanded by John who always set the bar high for his casts and never accepted anything but the best from them

Lohrey Theatre

Seats up to 411

Both the Lohrey Theatre and the Next Stage Theatre are wheelchair accessible with a handicapped accessible restroom on the same level as the main lobby to both venues. The Lohrey Theatre also provides hearing assisted equipment to any who may require or request it, at no charge.

The black box Next Stage seats up to 110 and is also wheelchair accessible with state of the art equipment for sound and lighting.
